Thanks to the generosity of many alumni, parents, and friends of 贝博体彩app, planned giving has changed the face of the School, providing for 贝博体彩app's continued growth and long-term sustainability.

A planned gift is any major gift, made during one's lifetime or at death, as part of a donor's overall financial and/or estate planning.

Planned gifts help the School support its excellent faculty, maintain state-of-the-art facilities, develop new educational programs, and deliver the extraordinary 贝博体彩app experience to each and every student - now and in the future. Planned gifts also enhance 贝博体彩app's ability to accept the most promising applicants regardless of financial need.

Designate 贝博体彩app for a future estate gift

• Bequests to 贝博体彩app may not be subject to federal estate taxes (thereby reducing estate tax liability) and will support the School's values and mission for many years. Please consult your tax advisor for specific information.

• Under current law, there is no upper limit on the estate tax deduction for charitable bequests.

Donors may designate their bequest for general support (unrestricted) or for a specific purpose (restricted) such as scholarship grants. Bequests may be for a stated dollar amount, specific tangible personal property, or a percentage of the estate's residual. Documentation is simple and inexpensive, through a bequest designation in the estate plan or a codicil.

Please advise 贝博体彩app of a bequest for recognition in the School's 1866 Legacy Society.

Designate 贝博体育 as the beneficiary of a retirement plan

Retirement plan benefits are often an excellent choice for funding a charitable gift to 贝博体彩app from one's estate.

• Naming 贝博体彩app as the beneficiary of an IRA, 401k or other qualified retirement plan ensures that the balance will be pass to 贝博体彩app without any reduction in benefits.

• Designating 贝博体彩app as the beneficiary is straightforward. The donor contacts the plan's administrator and completes a change-of-beneficiary form, entirely separate from his/her will.

Please advise 贝博体彩app of a retirement plan designation for recognition in the School's 1866 Legacy Society.
Life insurance polices

Assigning or contributing life insurance policies that are no longer needed will result in a meaningful gift for 贝博体彩app.

Designating 贝博体彩app as the beneficiary is straightforward. The donor/owner contacts the insurance company and completes a change-of-beneficiary form, entirely separate from his/her will.

Please advise 贝博体彩app of an assignment of a life insurance policy for recognition in the School's 1866 Legacy Society.
