• What before- and after-school programs are offered?

  Following the academic calendar, various programs are available throughout the school year that extend the school day from 7:00 a.m. to as late as 6:00 p.m. each evening. 贝博体彩app's Early Morning Care (7:00 - 7:40 am), and Afternoon Care (3:00 - 6:00 pm) are available to all 贝博体彩app families free of charge, while enrichment clubs are available for an additional fee. • Where can I find information for boarding students, and when will I know what dorm my child is in?

• Where can I shop for clothing that meets 贝博体彩app's dress code?

  Details about 贝博体彩app's dress code are available here, as well as links to some vendors.
  
  We also encourage all parents to check out the selection at Mooseduds, 贝博体彩app's gently-used clothing resale shop. Mooseduds sells 贝博体彩app dress code clothing for children in Kindergarten through grade nine, including blazers (for boys and girls), dress shirts, skirts, belts, and ties. As your child outgrows his or her school dress clothing, please consider donating these items to Mooseduds. Mooseduds hours vary, but they are listed in 贝博体彩app's E-Newsletter that is sent weekly during the school year and occasionally during the summer.
  
  For the 2025-2026 school year, Mooseduds will be open every Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00 to 9:00 a.m. Special summer hours will be announced soon.

• How can I get involved as a new parent/guardian?

  The 家庭资源' Association is an excellent resource for new families, and there are many volunteer opportunities for parents to become more involved in life at 贝博体彩app. Please go to the Family Association page for more information.
  
  During the first few months of school, grade-level Parent/Guardian Coffees are informal gatherings with teachers and division heads when parents can learn more about their child's school day and upcoming events. Once-a-term Open Family Meetings are opportunities to learn more about a particular topic of interest. Please check the school calendar for the list of dates for all of these events.

• What about grades and progress reports?

  贝博体彩app operates on a trimester calendar: Fall, Winter, and Spring Terms. Grades and report cards are available through our password-protected family portal and may be found by clicking on your child's profile and navigating to "Classes & Reports." Login information for the family portal will be shared with new families on Wednesday, July 1. Parents and guardians will be notified via the weekly E-News when grades and report cards are available; the schedule is different for Primary, Lower, and Upper School.

• When are parent/teacher conferences?

  Primary and Lower School parents and guardians and students will be able to schedule a meeting with their homeroom teachers at the opening of school. Information about how to book an appointment is made available in mid-August.
  
  Primary School conferences are scheduled in fall, winter, and spring terms. Lower School conferences are held in the fall and spring terms and Upper School student-led conferences are scheduled in October.

• When will I know my child's schedule?

  Students schedules will be available on the first day of classes. Parents and guardians will be able to view their child's schedule when they log into our password-protected Family Portal.
